How Does It Work?
The vast majority of homeowners need service weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, but housekeepers are also available on an occasional basis. The most satisfied homeowners have found that the quality of the housekeeper is much more important than the day of the week the service is performed.
If you are compatible with the first housekeeper and use the service on a regular basis then he or she becomes your housekeeper. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we refer one who better suits your needs for the next service.
If you are scheduled for service and need to reschedule, we require at least 2 business days notice. For your convenience, you have the choice of paying by check or major credit card on the day of service.
Our Theft Protection Plan pays up to $3,000 upon conviction per incident. The housekeepers, as self-employed professionals, are responsible for any property damage.
